Public Interest Litigation (PIL)

Any aggrieved person could file a petition in the High Courts and Supreme Court for the enforcement of the fundamental rights of the poor. PFHR files PILs on various issues concerning the rights of humankind in order to uphold the dignity of the underprivileged, thereby bringing relief to the society as whole. PFHR actively uses public interest litigation to bring relief to large segments of the population.
