Fact-finding and Monitoring

Fact-finding investigative teams of PFHR on the basis of complaints, reports, grievances or, upon the receipt of information about violations of human rights involving any kind of discrimination, visit the concerned areas and hold discussions with aggrieved people facing all such discriminations or whose rights have been violated and tries to find our the facts leading to such violations of human rights, followed by suggestions to be implemented to sort out the ongoing problem and also for the future.

PFHR files cases on the basis of evidence collected through such fact findings. PFHR also undertakes monitoring and evaluation of government schemes and policies through RTI.
